The "Noandishan-e Sanat-e Bakhter" technical team started its activity in 2004 by opening an industrial electrical equipment store in Urmia. The group of technical engineers mentioned above has a high technical potential for a short period of time within the scope of electrical energy work, in particular, expanded the performance of industrial electricity tables and implemented state-level electricity power projects.

Technical engineering company "Noandishan-e Sanat-e Bakhter" has taken a new step in 2010 to expand the system of business through state registration.

In 2011, the company raised its executive system from low-voltage power systems to mid-voltage power systems by obtaining a confirmation from the Azerbaijan Electricity Power, and thus incorporated itself as a contractor electric power company.

The company currently has a very high level of technical staff and has opened its office in Baku, Azerbaijan, in 2017, officially starting its activities abroad and presenting its work in short and summary format.

The company has achieved the HSE (Project Safety) Certificate of Implementation in 2015, which is considered to be the International Certificate.
